Flooring
When they were installing, they noticed that even though the names and numbers on the boxes matched, some of the boxes had a flat finish and some had a glossy finish. So when you looked at it, it made a horrible pattern on my floor. First I was told that it wasn't their problem and there was nothing they could do. Then I was told that I could exchange the boxes, but I would have to come to their store and get them myself. I live about 45 minutes away. Some of those boxes were also different finishes. After threatening to take legal action against them and waiting three weeks with a partially completed floor, they finally finished the job. I will never do business with them again.
