Hardwood Flooring Service
Contractor satisfactorily installed the floor, dark lines later appeared at some end panels of the floor, the contractor was unable to explain the nature or cause of the problem, The distributor for the company (Kahrs) examined the floor and attributed the cause to grease track by the customer. A ridiculous statement. The distributor reported to the company (Kahrs). The company responded that the customer failed to follow instructions about their floor. Customer never informed of such by the contractors, distributor or company prior to the problem arose.
