poor communication. They kept telling me someone would come over. No on ever did. after trying to coordinate with them 4 times, i gave up and moved on . Maybe they do good work, but they never showed up to show me.

Horrible communication, Hires subcontractors who do poor work. Does not respond. Waited over 30days to respond to my issue and still have not fix it. They were suppose to replace exisitng vents - just spray painted them They were suppose to install a 6" vent - totally missed it and tried to install a 4"x10" vent the 2nd time There are now multiple spots where the roof decking they replaced is bowing up under the roof. The company just flat out refused to communicate with me.. I haven't even paid the bill yet, the roof is less than 2 months old and looks like it needs to be completely redone. This invoice they supplied has wood listed on it that doesn't even exist in the construction of my house Better Business Bureau CASE#: 90194914

Jan Tukker is very professional and thorough. JTI did the work as promised and on time. A couple of things to consider when re-roofing. If a dumpster is used, consider an alternate location other than the driveway depending on the age of the concrete. Cracks will happen with all the weight of the dumpster and old roofing material. Secondly, be vigilant with the cleanup. There are large amounts of nails used in the process and many reach the ground. Stepping on a roofing nail in your flower bed can t**** the whole experience. The contractor does an OK job of picking up nails, but you as the customer should search for them as we'll.

We went up three grades in quality of roofing materials and it really shows. JTI did a fantastic job of the removal and the skylights are a great improvement to the house. He was fairly priced for excellent quality materials and workmanship. I would recommend his services.
