furniture sales
 + -1 moreAlthough furniture is good quality, and selections are great, I will not buy from Hudson's again. So many other stores with equal or better selections to choose from.
Description of Work: Purchased living room and bedroom furniture from Hudson s in September 2005. All pieces delivered except the leather ottoman. This was on back order, to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Made several calls to sales rep, after time passed, brushed off with I don t control deliveries. I then went to the store at the end of December and spoke with the manager, who was surprised at the delay, and promised to get the piece delivered ASAP. This did not happen! Finally, in March of 2006, I filed a complaint with the BBB, and two weeks later, the ottoman was delivered.
