Positives: Work quality was great, Sales team was responsive & Had a good reputation in our community. Negatives: Never got the security lights to function properly out of test mode, Expensive and would NOT provide a quote, Not very productive with employees arriving and departing at variable hours and taking 1.5 to 2 hour lunch-hours, Work not supervised as to our clearly written and communicated (fax and e-mail) requirements, Could not complete the work in the time promised (three days), Got charged for an apprentice who could not do the bulk of the tasks as their supervising electrician would not allow the apprentice in the attic.
Description of Work: Upgrade outlets near water (inside or outside) to new GFCI, Upgrade bathroom fans, Upgrade existing outdoor spotlights/security lights & Add circuit for network closet.
