Mr. Henderson was prompt and efficient.  He prepared the workspace to avoid damage to other services.  He ensured that the tile was cut properly and even.  He did not rush and did the job exactly how it is supposed to be done.  He cleaned up after finishing each day.  He knows what he is doing and does it very well.

Richard's work is excellent., as good as I've ever had performed. His prices reflect that.  Only caution is the way he chooses to do business. On a follow-up project in 2008, I got a bid from Richard (my only bid) for kitchen floor and bath floor and shower (all tile) as well as another slate porch. After receiving his bid, I was contacted by a friend who offered to do the tile work as a gift to me and my family given that we were in a major house overhaul (due to vandalism). I called Richard back, asking him to re-bid just the slate porch. He declined. If he couldn't do all the work, he wasn't interested. Again...his choice to do business the way he decides.

His work is wonderful, and I’ve scheduled him to work with me again in the next few months.

Great. Would use this company again. Actually, this is their 3rd job here, due to shoddy workmanship from the original contractor. I have referred this tile company to friends and they were satisfied.

Mr. Henderson is a perfectionist. The resulting job was beautifully done. He and his assistants worked very hard and cleaned the site thoroughly when they were finished.
