In spite of the experience where one piece of furniture was not holding as it should so they told me to come back in and reselect something that we wanted as a result they picked it up and gave me a full refund, they provide excellent quality, good value, and extremely customer oriented. They are a honest company, very service oriented, very pleasant to deal with and has a good variety of furniture. They came out three times for four different problems and replaced pieces of sectional and finally the service guy came out and told us that after the problems we were having with the sectional that he would put down on that we would like to reselect something else. The only reason why we did not reselect is because they did not have anything that we liked and would also fit in the room. We bought reclining power sectional leather, an entertainment center and an end table, dining room table and chairs, bedroom suit, and office furniture.

I've not had any problems with them. The service has been excellent. If there are any problems, they are quick to resolve them. They delivery items on time, set up everything, and check their work to make sure the furniture is well assembled and no nicks or scratches.

THEY DELIVERED THE TABLE, AND THERE WERE WAS NO ADDITIONAL COSTS. THE COST WAS CHARGED AS THE PRICE. THEY WERE PROUD THAT THE TABLE WAS DONE. THEY BROUGHT THE TABLE TO THE HOUSE.

THEY WERE GOOD AND EFFICIENT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK, AND IT DID NOT TAKE VERY LONG. THEY JUST STUFFED SOME STUFFING IN THE BACK OF THE SOFA. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE.
