This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor/dentist. First, I felt as if I was bothering the staff by being there. They were rude and talked down to me. I was getting laughing gas for the procedure and following giving me the laughing gas they brought in the consent form to sign. Really??????? If I'm not mistaken that is actually illegal. Had I been smart, I'd have written on the consent form that I was signing under the influence of laughing gas and have them sign it. If that wasn't bad enough, when I went to another dentist (no, I will NEVER go there again!) and they took xrays, a piece of something from that tooth was left behind. Butchers!

This was the worst dental office I've encountered. The staff are rude and the dentist was a very condescending person. There is a difference between being diplomatically honest and rude. Won't go back there again.

Despite being a contract provider for my employer dental plan, they wanted me to pay more than the contracted price and contracted co-pay for the work. They claimed they wouldn't make any money if they actually charged the contracted prices. Huh? Also, it's next to impossible to get through on the phone to schedule or change appointments or speak to the office or scheduling personnel!

It's so busy. I don't know if we're going to keep them or not. We might need to find someone else. They just got too big of a business. You're not going to be able to call up and go in the next day. You have to book in advance. So that's not that great for me. The office is fine. It's just too big. It's not really warm and fuzzy. We still had to wait. I would rather go to a smaller store. They're just too big.

The crown was going to  glued into my mouth via dental assistant but she could not do the job so a dentist came in,. The  dentist   glued in the  crown and then to pad the bill  filled two cavaties that I did not even have.... she just made them up and then drilled and filled. During the  wisdom tooth extraction the dentist left me bleeding badly  said it  would stop on its on..3 hours later i called back and  with regrets  he asked me to come back and he put some sutures in the gums  to stop the bleeding, After I paid the 2500.00 bill in full with my credit card ...the billing department sent me a 90.00 bill. I had to waste my time and effort  writing them and showing my receipt paid in full.   Please there are a lot of very good dentist around....just not these guys...stay away... You can get much better dental services for the same or even less money.   These guys think nothing of  messing up your teeth and them run out of the room.

Extractions..local only. Went great implant...local only....went great. Biopsy of cheek..twice...painful but fine. Dr. Scott Lawson is awesome. He set me up for consultations very quickly. Billing folks know their stuff if u ask them.

They take to long, they are inefficient and the wait time is not good at all.  We ended going to a different dentist.  They have people running around all over.  The front desk staff is nice.  He does communicate well with you

He was consistently good. He never tried to do unnecessary treatments. I have nothing but good things to say about him. The office is clean and efficient, but the front desk staff is sometimes not very friendly.

Without fail, we always have to wait 30-60 minutes past the appointment to be seen. When you are running behind - let the customer know.

It's been good though this is the first or second time that I've actually been here.

They are very efficient and very caring. They don't want me to be in pain.

They won't do any dental work on you until they extort all the money out of you. I needed a cavity filled. However, they would do nothing until I paid them (up front) for 9 crowns - even though I didn't need the crowns. They wouldn't fix anything. The tooth that needed a filling actually broke off. They shouldn't be attended at all costs. They are a teaching dentistry, and they teach these same negative practices over and over again. They try to schedule the appointment for you and tell you what your appointment will be. I also had to wait a 1/2 hour to an hour to be seen.

Waited for 1 hr for cleaning appointment. Terrible hours for emergency appointment.

Greenburg Dental and Orthodontics are pretty good. They suggest things you might not really need at that time. They have several offices in this area. I went for a regular check-up and everything was fine, but they suggested I get caps, which cost about $4,000.00. I found them a little bit pushy. They've done implants and other things for me. My dentist is a medical doctor and has all kinds of degrees. He's amazing. He's not cheap but you cannot get the quality elsewhere. They're not customer-oriented people. The whole company is not geared to patient services. They're geared more to make themselves money. They're a big company with a lot of branches. But I'll continue to use them in the future.

It's a pleasant environment. They're are friendly and professional.

I arrived 15 minutes early. Received x-rays promptly. Waited over an hour to see the dentist. Spent 5 minutes with me, said I have a cavity but didn't have time to fill it today because they were and quot;backed up.and quot; Assistant checked with Hygenist and said there were four people ahead of me for a cleaning, and it would be another 35 min to 1 hour before I could get a cleaning. After 1.5 hours, i left without a filling or cleaning, because I didn't have another hour to waste. I'll be finding a new dentist.

We've been going there for quite a while, we're satisfied. The staff is courteous.

The dentist and assistant were both very friendly and easy to communicate with. I did feel that an overly large percentage of the actual dental work was being performed by the assistant and the finished result was probably not as perfect as it could have been if the dentist had spent more time. It is a very large busy office and I think this is result of that. They were very good about explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable during it. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they took me back very close to the appointed time. The billing was accurate and easy to understand.

I am happy with them. They do a good job. They keep the prices reasonable and do checkups. They have multiple offices. Dr. Beitsher seemed to be honest and sincere. The staff is fantastic.
