THIS PARTICULAR BEST BUY WAS NOT VERY UNDERSTANDING. I PURCHASED A COMPUTER, AND WITHIN A WEEK THE COMPUTER WAS BAD. THEY GAVE ME THE RUNAROUND, AND AFTER ABOUT THREE WEEKS THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO REPLACE IT.

THEY WORK WAS JUST POOR. THEY PUT IN THE WRONG MEMORY AND MADE A LOT OF MISTAKES. I HAD TO MAKE A COUPLE OF TRIPS. THE WORKERS WERE JUST AVERAGE. IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET MISTAKES CORRECTED.

THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE GOOD. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WASTE FIVE HOURS OF MY TIME JUST TO FIND OUT THAT ALL I HAVE TO DO IS DOWNLOAD MUSIC ONTO A CD. THEY TOLD ME HOW TO FIX IT.

THE COMPANY IS PRETTY GOOD. IT'S A BIG COMPANY. THEY ONLY HAD A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAD DIFFERENT PEOPLE WORKING ON MY COMPUTER SO IT WAS HARD TO COME IN AND ASK THE NEXT DAY WHAT WAS WRONG.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. ANYBODY THAT I TALK TO ABOUT IT I WOULD DEFINITELY SEND THEM IN THEIR DIRECTION. I WOULD PREFER THEM AND GIVE THEM REFERRALS. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS EXCELLENT. THE GUYS WERE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH.
