I reviewed this firm two years ago but their service has now deteriorated. My last cleaning in Oct 23 was terrible. Team was 45 minutes late and cleaners couldn't speak English. Worse, they were untrained and left our bathrooms filthy. FTC used to be a mother and daughter team. Now, it's new girls every month. I can no longer recommend them.

Judy did a fantastic job. She takes her time and is very thorough. In the kitchen she cleaned my counter tops, microwave, cabinets, sink. She vacuumed my entire apartment. She also made my bed and cleaned all the bathrooms.

They came to look at my place and provided me a quote before I hired them. They were the best house cleaning team I have used in the last 9 years. Every fan, blind, baseboard was touched. Every surface was cleaned and everything returned to its place. I was very happy with the team and look forward to using them again.

It went very well. The team arrived a few minutes early giving us time to go over the layout of the house and my expectations. They proceeded to get right to work with one member starting on the bathroom and not moving until that was spotless. They cleaned the baseboards, all ceiling fans, and even the inside of the windows. I was very happy with their work.

Experience went well. The company knew that I preferred a specific cleaning product for the laminate flooring and used that product. They were able to come to the property on short notice. The staff was friendly and professional. I walked the property with the staff and they completed work to my satisfaction.

Great everytime. She comes by once a month. I have a lot of wood furniture that needs extra attention and she does that beutifully.
