Florida Roofwerks removed a section of our concrete tile roof and removed the original underlayment. They replaced the underlayment with high quality peel and stick underlayment, which is now the preferred method for sealing roofs and preventing water intrusion. They replaced the original tile and the roof looks perfect. In fact, you would never know that any work had been done. They cleaned up and removed all of the old material. Overall, a perfect job. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail.

Florida Roof Werks did a great job on my home. They did a complete tear off and reroof. The process was quick and the quality was exactly as expected. There were no issues with final inspection and the crew did a great job with clean up as well. Thanks!

They have done multiple jobs for our clients and have always been so responsive and professional. We are very pleased with the quick response when we called for service. David came over within an hour to check out what we needed and the workers arrived promptly the next morning and completed the work within an hour. It is always difficult to get anyone to respond to small jobs and we happened to see their truck in traffic one day and decided to give them a call and are very glad we did. We would highly recommend Florida Roofwerks and would definitely use them again.

It went extremely well. David came and examined the roof. I received the estimate confirming his estimate on site the next day.. He and his crew arrived on time - just what David had given. They ripped off the old - cleaned up the roof - laid a new flat roof covering - cleaned up after completion. I got exactly what had been commited. Very satisfied.

A+ service from my initial phone call with Tracey to the completion of the work by David. This is how all service companies should be run. No delays, no games, good price, high quality work for a job that five other roofing companies couldn't even be bothered to give me a bid on. When I'm ready for a whole new roof I will contact Florida Roofwerks for the job.

Everything was smooth. Tracey set up the appointment and David showed up, analyzed the problem. We had done the work with a another contractor, but the problem was not fixed even though they tried by coming back multiple times. David and his team accurately identified the problem and solved it. After the repair job was complete, they came back the next day and painted the discolored wall (from leaking water). Thank you for the professionalism and amazing service.

David came out and gave me a quote and returned in 2 days to do the repair. He repaired the roof and even replaced the indoor ceiling tile that had the ugly water stain on it. I would definitely recommend them and call them again for any future repairs. I reached out to 3 companies and they were the only ones to return my call.

Excellent communication from the initial call for a repair estimate, scheduling the job, and completion of the job. Excellent quality of work: brand new skylight was installed, roof leak repaired and gutters cleaned. Florida Roofwerks representatives arrived on time, gave me timely updates on the work in-progress, completed the work and left a clean job site. I will definitely call Florida Roofwerks again for help with my roofing needs and will refer them to my family and friends.

I had been trying to put a new roof on my house for well over a year. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to move out of state rather abruptly, which started a series of lengthy delays. With the recent rains, I discovered a couple leaks in my roof and contacted Roofwerks for a repair estimate. The lady I spoke with was very nice and arranged to get someone right out to my house. Once I'd agreed to the price, they were able to schedule the job quickly. They showed up promptly and got right to work. I waited to write this review until we had another good rain shower and I could confirm that the repairs held up. Well, we've now had a couple of really strong downpours and I've seen no hint of a leak. I'm so happy to have found an outstanding company like Roofwerks- friendly, efficient, very competent and fairly priced. I'll definitely be calling them when I'm ready to replace the roof.
