David communicated every step of the job and answered all of my questions for my Stoneybrook West home. I knew very little about concrete roofing and he took the time to explain the entire process. Returned a quote quickly and completed was able to schedule the job for 4 days after I accepted the bid. He was available at all times via phone. Loved the work so much that I requested additional work from his crew. They cleaned our roof and screen enclosure leaving it sparkling.

He is sincere and returned to fix a leak after the first repair and construction but has not come back again to fix the leaks that still exist.

I got a call early on the day i requested one. Two days later two men came out and cut a hole in the tile roof to vent the dryer. It took them about 40 minutes to do that and install a vent on the roof. It appears that they did a good job but I can't crawl up in the attic to check it out. Charge was $250.
