I received my mold assessment and mold remediation protocol in one business day! EnviroPro Plus was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend David and Robert with EnviroPro Plus if you are dealing with mold related issues at your home or place of business. I called EnviroPro Plus after a leak occurred in my primary bathroom. I began to see black and green circular patterns growing on the drywall where the leak occurred. David and Robert came to my home and performed a mold assessment. The mold assessment consisted of a thorough inspection of my primary bathroom and near by areas, checking for hidden water and mold damages caused by the leak. An air quality test was performed so they could tell me what type of mold spores were present in the air and if the levels were elevated. A surface sample was also collected to determine whether the mold spores that were on the drywall was present in the air. The very next day, EnviroPro Plus issued the mold assessment and mold remediation protocol. The mold remediation protocol consisted of a visual aid, highlighting the areas and materials that needed to be removed in order to properly remediate the materials impacted by the water damage. I was able to provide these document to my insurance company to file a claim. I am beyond grateful that I came across EnviroPro Plus. They are truly amazing! When I hear the word mold, I think of EnviroPro Plus!

EnviroPro Plus came to our home in 2022 to do an initial mold assessment on our kitchen. We were very impressed with their initial assessment process and detailed mold remediation protocol. This is why at the beginning of 2024 when we uncovered mold in our master bathroom we called them again. Clearly this shows we would highly recommend EnviroPro Plus to our family + friends. Pretty much anyone who wants a triple A rated company should work with them. Btw the indoor hygienists that came were David Minshall and Robert O'brien. These guys were amazing!
