Dry Cleaning Service
We took down the heavy drapes in our bedroom to get them dry cleaned. The girl behind the counter at Dryclean USA promised the drapes the next day, Thursday, after 6:00 pm. Thursday, I went to pick up the drapes and drop off a few suits to be cleaned. I was told that the drapes were not ready yet, and that we were told the wrong date to pick them up, that they would be ready by the next day after 6:00 pm. On Friday, our drapes were still not ready, but I was informed that they had trouble with their machines and that they would be ready "by tomorrow morning." On Saturday afternoon, I went to pick up my drapes and was handed my suits, promised by the following Tuesday, instead. I got upset at the cashier and asked him to have the owner call me in addition to having my drapes done by Monday. My drapes were finally done by Monday evening, but I never received a call. To say the least, I am unimpressed.
