I have never worked with a more fair, honest and detail oriented contractor than Dager Construction. Ron is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in detail. His estimate was straight forward and very detailed showing exactly where every cost was associated with. Not only do I have full trust in his numbers and estimates, but with his work as well. He treated my home as if it were his own. Even after the job was finished, if I had any issues, he would help me with it. I will use Dager construction from now on and will recommend them to everyone!

Terrible !!! The contractor wasn't there most of the time. Project ran over because he wasn't there to supervise. Tasks were not scheduled in sequential order consequently damaging new construction in the process. Contractor was hard to work with and rude and unresponsive when discussing the project . Contractor showed up late or no showed multiple times and never called to reschedule. Both bathtubs were installed un-level leaving water issues to deal with after the project ended. New wood floors had glue-stains and dents in the final product and we had to fight the contractor to repair them. We had to hold back final payment to the contractor to repair damages. Not a good experience we would not hire him again.

We simply could not be more pleased. If you have ever used a contractor in Florida, you know that finding a good one can be difficult. Ron, Terry and their team were excellent. From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, responsive. They delivered a high quality product that even met the strict demands of my interior designer. Everything was perfect. They started when they said they would and were done on time. Disruption to the rest of the house was minimal. Their pricing was competitive. My husband and I both felt that we got excellent work and a beautiful finished product for a good price. Honestly, if you are considering a remodel, these are your guys. We are extremely pleased with everything they did.

It went well.   Larger chain stores wanted a lot more money and would not do all the work we wanted.  Dager Construction's bid came in at a fair price and they were able to handle the complete project.  Dager stood by their work too.  We had some minor issues (some cracks in grout and a small crack in drywall seam) that needed fixing after the job was complete - Dager fixed all without complaint or giving us the runaround.  We'd use them again.

I have worked with other Contractors in the past and they have either failed to complete the projects in the time frame and budget agreed upon or have submitted change orders for work not specifically mentioned in their estimate.
When looking for a good licensed Contractor it's important to find someone who listens to what you want and is able to present a detailed estimate on the scope of work.  The detailed estimate will prevent change orders for work that should have been accounted for in the first place.  Out of the other contractors who did submit estimates Dager Construction was among the higher, but very complete covering everything needed to be done for the project.  We were given options to lower the cost and that was appreciated.  The other estimates weren't specific and would probably incur change orders bringing their costs in line with what we had paid for the work completed.
Our project was completed on time and on budget. The workmanship was first class and the final product was exactly what we were expecting. We have heard horror stories about people claiming to be contractors and not completing the work. We never had this feeling with Ron Dager, as he is a very honest up front person. We will always refer Ron Dager to our neighbors and family who needs a good contractor for work done on their home.
