Absolutely horrible! I have had to hire a second company to fix what Critter Control failed to fix. Horrible communication. Please read other reviews on Yelp about them.

I chose Critter Control based upon their great reviews. I had a completely different experience. My estimator was Ryan M. He did a rush job and did not even bother to come inside and check my attic, as I was later told is standard operating procedure. The initial work was supposed to be done on a Friday. No one showed up, no one called. Lance came out the following Monday. He called to say he was on his way. No follow up call to say what was done. Plus, he missed during part of the work, and I had to call the office and Ryan M. multiple times to get the work done. I was very unhappy with the lack of communication, and I called the office to speak to the manager, Christine. She was at lunch the first day I called, so I left a message. Didn't call me back, so 24 hours later, I called again. She said she would investigate, talk to estimator and tech and call me back. She never called me back. The work concluded today, and I saw they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THE SECOND HALF OF THE PAYMENT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

They were good. They were just really nice and polite. The guy I interacted with was really nice. I didn't have any problems. It was a small task.

From the time we contacted Critter Control until the job was finished, the people were prompt, professional, and polite. We were highly satisfied with the work Ryan and his crew performed.

I've never had cockroaches in the 14 years I've been in my house. Carlos was on time and wasn't there long. I'm not sure what exactly he did, but there are STILL cockroaches in my kitchen! He said, "There doesn't seem to be any kind of infestation because I'm not seeing much." He sprayed something a little here and there in the kitchen and bathrooms and laid out some large white cardboard sticky traps - that are wide open so the bugs caught in them are totally visible - ew. Other than seeing the disgusting things getting stuck in the traps, absolutely nothing was accomplished with this service. There has been absolutely no change in their appearance/activity. I received a "how was the service" type of email shortly after the service was complete. I responded to the email almost 2 weeks after the service was completed and asked if there was some kind of delayed affect because nothing had changed other than the disgusting traps that were laid out now had roaches in them. He responded with, "Yes the roaches that are around will fall on the monitored devices." I told him whatever he may have used to "treat" my house made absolutely no difference and I could have bought cheaper roach traps at the store if I wanted that junk all over my kitchen. When I filled out their survey, it asked if I wanted someone from the company to call me - nobody called. I then sent the email exchange with Carlos to the company, hoping for some resolution. I also asked that my house have a REAL treatment at no additional cost to me, or refund the money I paid to have them come out in the first place. There has been absolutely NO change in the bug problem since Carlos was at my house. Now I just have ugly traps around my kitchen with bugs in them. Not exactly treating the problem... I was told the offer I purchased was a one time treatment and doesn't come with a warranty and that I could buy a follow up treatment. What a sales scheme!! I will NEVER use this company for pest control again, nor would I recommend them to ANYONE.

quickly, efficiently, and excellent. Had to put 50% down, then mailed in the final payment after all work was complete. Easy to work with, would highly recommend this group!

Those guys are awesome. They definitely did a great job. They came by multiple times. He was really friendly, very helpful. He basically patched up every single entrance the rats could have had. We had rats in our attic and we couldn't get rid of them by ourselves. We got traps and everything but they just got smart and stopped, you know, hitting the traps and stuff. They came in and sealed the house up forcing them to not use the traps, and they came multiple times, you know, to clean the traps out. They were coming every week and basically taking all the traps out, and they're really good. They're like a third of the price of another guy, like literally a third of the price. The other guy came and it was like really expensive. That's why I went on Angie's List actually, I got that really crazy quote and I didn't realize that it was going to be in the thousands. They came out every week for about a month. They sealed the house up the first two visits. It was most of the work one day and then the last couple of days they came and did the rest of the work.

just okay. the communication with the representative through Angie's list was not great. Took days and weeks to get back when I was asking questions and trying to schedule. I went through Angie's list to give my preference for days and never heard back either. I called the office finally and was able to get someone out same day on 9/16/16. I finally heard back from someone through Angie's list on 9/30 apologizing for the delay. On 9/20, I received a bill - even though I used an Angie's list deal. I mailed in the deal with the invoice and sent an email on 9/20 letting them know I did. I also requested a quote for a full year of pest control - the gentleman that came out did not provide a written estimate - just told us he thought it would be around $350. So, in my follow up, I asked the pricing for a yearly service, how often they would come out. It is now 10/13, and I still haven't heard back. Very disappointed in their communication. And I've noticed bugs in my house again, so we have to reach out to another service to have someone else come out and treat again :-(

Overall very well.CritterControll responded quickly,surveyed my home and determined the infestation was new.They determined several points through which the rodents could have entered.The next day they returned,sealed up all but two of of those points and set traps.They returned over a period of several days to check traps and succeeded in catching&killing four rodents.After a week they sealed off the last two entry points and finished they job.

Critter Control was very thorough in their investigation. Found to source of entry and provided a detail report on solutions.

Wonderful! They did what they said they would do. I suddenly had an invasion of sugar ants. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The treatment was environmentally and pet friendly, and took care of the problem. No more ants!
