Description of Work: We are refinancing our home from a 30 year - 27 years left down to 15 years. We looked at 3 different lenders and Christensen Financial was by far the least pushy and most professional. In fact Quicken was so pushy that we dropped them almost immediately. They also gave us the best advise. We are saving more than $76000.00 by reducing the length of term and are very happy with the 3.5% APR interest rate we received. The closing costs were very reasonable and so far everything has been super easy. We are set to close on March 23 2015
