They arrived on time, got right to work, asked if we wanted anything special done, cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous the whole time they were here. I would definitely recommend them.

They showed up. We were out of town and we met with them in the morning and by the time we got home, everything was done. It was good. We had no problems.

Clled twice, set up an appointment to get an estimate for 4 palm trees pruning. It's an annual thing here in Central Florida. On the third call, someone finally came to the house, 2 hours late, and gave me a price. I actually increased the price because I needed this done now. They agreed and the date was set for today at noon. At 12 noon I called and left a message, again at 2PM. At 4PM I clled the service again and simply told her the only message I had was to forget it and cancel the 'non-service' they almost provided. I have better things to do with my life than sit around and wait for non responsive people to come and provide a service and be paid a bonus to do it.

Bowman Tree Svc came when they said they would, they were prompt, their clean up was excellent and when they couldn't come, they woudl call me and tell me why.

Overall the work and workmen were on time, got the job done to our satisfaction and left our yard in very good condition.

I didn't get a chance to talk to them because they didn't have the courtesy to return either of my 2 phone calls.

We have used them several times. I liked that the actual owner comes out at your house. He does send a crew which is great and all the guys are great but he actually shows up on the job. He has all the times we have used him and that is a nice thing to know he is checking personally on his workers and we enjoy that. That is one reason we call them back.
