We rented 2 roll-a-way beds for a week. The problem was when we got them home they smelled of oil like a garage. There was a stain on one of the mattresses that looked and smelled like an oil stain. The beds are stored in the same room as equipment such as lawn mowers, tillers, etc., equipment that has gas and oil odors. I think the mattresses picked up the odors from where they were stored. I had to buy plastic zipper covers to cover the mattresses and they still had an odor. I was very nice when I mentioned it to the gentleman checking them back in but felt he was very rude and defensive about the situation saying I was the only one who ever complained instead of looking into the situation to see if there was something to what I was saying and may I add I was not asking for money back. I felt he should know for the next person. Anyway, there were 7 people staying at my house and they all agreed the mattresses smelled bad. I felt he was not very professional in handling the situation. So i would not recommend renting roll-a-way beds from this business because the didn't seem to want to do anything about the odor. Who wants to sleep in a bed that smells like a garage?

We were very pleased with the service. We needed 50 chairs last minute and they were very accommodating. They allowed us to rent even though they had an order for 400+ chairs. We had to promise to return by a certain date and time or they weren't going to rent to us so they took a chance.

They were great.

They are very nice and very willing to help. They were very flexible about when we could return the chairs. Their prices were reasonable. Their chairs were kind of old but, everything was clean. They were really helpful. I picked up the chairs myself but, I'm sure they will deliver them if they had to do it.
