We are very pleased with our new flooring. Leslie in sales always responded to questions promptly and the price was quite a bit lower than another quote I received. The installers arrived when the said they would and did a great job. I would definitely use Barry Neal Carpets again.

When we visited the showroom to select tile and carpeting Skip was very helpful in coordinating colors and grout and telling us honestly about price vs quality and did not really push the high end products.
The job was done in 3 days. They cooperated fully with doing my office last as I work from home and so I had to take minimal time off.
All of the workers did a great job, they were all proffesional and worked the entire time they were here. Lunch was a 30 minute break and they worked every minute untile they left sometimes very late in the evening.
They even did, unplanned, a coat closet not in the original quote for free. Removing carpeting, tack strips prepping and installed 6-8 tiles grouting and wiping down not really as small of a job as we first thought.
Skip acted as a supervisor, there was a foreman type person here the first day and Skip stopped by during the install and made sure we were not having any problems. He showed up the last day and inspected every concern we had was handled which were few. Skip didn't even ask for the balance due. He said he wasn't worried about it but accepted the check anyway so we could avoid invoicing later.
It's been several months now and we have seen no issues having to do with the install or materials. I have even had two spills on the carpeting one red gatorade and 1 cup of coffee. NO STAIN. I could not believe it. I cleaned with a hightly recommended cleaning but it was tough to find where the spilled actually occured. In fact I had to guess and cover a wider area to make sure I got it all covered.
These are great people to work with, offer quality products at decent prices and provide services above and beyond what I have experienced in the past with flooring sales and installation.

They were excellent all the way around. Their tiling people were amazing and their carpet people were also amazing. The cost for the flooring was $ 14000. They did a demo and the bathroom tiling was $ 6000. That does not include the carpeting which was another $ 10000. I was really, really satisfied with them. They were excellent. The quality of the service provided was outstanding. The professionalism was impressive. The owner and her team take a lot of time to talk to me. They take a lot of time to find out what I am looking for, what will make me happy and what will satisfy me. It was a really positive experience. I picked quality items and so I think it was a fair price for what I wanted. The price was certainly better than I am going to get anywhere else. She was trying to gives me the best deal that I could get. I would use them again in the future.
