My pool pump burned up and after calling for repair, they promptly responded with parts on hand. Great service!!!

Eric is very caring and provides wonderful service. The prices are reasonable. I have been using them for years.

As part of our Home Warranty. We bought a foreclosure, and we thought the pool was good. However, we never came to look at the house when the pool was running. All of the pipes above ground were leaking. He came out assessed our pool plumbing that was above ground and replaced it all. It was a mess! I was surprised. We had known what was wrong, but didn’t know where to start. He did a great job! I will definitely call for again for service! In fact I'm getting ready to call them for weekly service. Tired of maintaining it already!

Initially work was completed as part of our home warranty. It took over 3 weeks to coordinate a time, install, and to complete repairs. This while annoying was fine as they had to order the parts for everything other than the motor.
We were trying to give them other business and they didn't seem to care. We were trying to get the guy to correct an issue with what we later found out was a (valve seal on our Jandy controller) that was allowing air into the system and causing the chlorinator and cleaner not to function properly. After telling us that he'd take care of it next time he was out (we told them he could bill us separately) he didn't correct it. Later told us everything was fine which it was not. BMW Pools came out and fixed the real issue within about 20 minutes.
I'd suggest using them in the future as they seem more apt to take a "system" view of what needs to be handled.

The tech was kind and took his time to tell me what he was doing and to answer all the questions that I had. I will be hiring them for my monthly pool service.

Next day the Home warranty called me and notify me that the work was not cover because the warranty did not cover underground equipment. As of today I've heard back again from At Your Pool Service, they never provide a quote to do the work and the technician was about an hour or more late and during this time I never received a call to notify me that the tech was late.
