ASHLEY FURNITURE HOME STORE

I'm so disappointed in this store. My mother is a senior and just lives on her social security. She had been saving for an accent cabinet for a while and was so excited when she picked one out at this store. It arrived damaged and the delivery guy told her whatever he could so he wouldn't put it back on the truck. He told her they would fix everything and if she wasn't happy they would still refund her. My mother has had this cabinet just sitting in her dining room for over a month unusable and damaged and Cedric the manager wouldn't even see her when we came to the store to request a refund. It's horrible how they treat our senior citizens just to make a buck, please shop anywhere but here.

I was pleased with how the sales staff was friendly but not intrusive. The salesman who first greeted us allowed us to look around the store without "hovering" over us. When we had selected the furniture we were interested in purchasing, we sought him out but he was busy with another customer. He caught the attention of another sales representative and that gentleman answered our questions and wrote up the sales agreement. We had the furniture delivered by the store and although I was not the one home to receive them, my wife indicated that the delivery process went smoothly.

THE SERVICE IS GOOD. THEY WERE TIMELY. THEY WERE BETTER THAN AVERAGE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE GOOD. THEY WERE ACTUALLY RIGHT ON TIME. WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND THEY ACTUALLY ARRANGED FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT. THEY TOOK CARE OF IT.
