"(deleted member name), I truly apologize for the bad experience you had. We are now under new management and things have definitely changed for the better. We now offer a 1 year full parts and labor warranty and there are no hidden fees. Now you pay delivery only once and that covers delivery and pick up service if need be for free. Again I apologize for the bad experience you had last year but things.
