All Pro Flooring is subcontracted out by The Laminate Store International. Although they share the same building, they provide customers with conflicting offers. Their "best" installers drilled unnecessary holes in base boards, cut wood without prior consent, threw away perfectly good extra pieces of laminate, & took months to complete the project. Concerns were brought to the attention of the business owner, Mr. Maturo, who said any wasted materials would be reimbursed to the customer. Upon completion of the work and despite repeated contacts, nothing was ever reimbursed. I had to purchase additional materials to replace the ones that were damaged by the installers. They also neglected to install a transitional molding in an area over 30 ft. long despite my suggestion to do so. When the floor buckled, they reluctantly returned to fix it and claimed it was my fault, because I probably got the floor wet. They also never returned to finish the caulking along the base boards.
