Affordable Granite Concepts

Initially was no issue as they worked with our ioutdoor kitchen contractor. Called him 4 years later when several cracks developed. Didn't expect him to replace it or do anything for free, just wanted him to take a look and offer any recommendations he might have. Placed multiple calls and finally someone from the company called back. Sent a picture as requested and was told Walter would need to call us back. Waited and then called several times with no response. Obviously does not stand behind his work. His employees gave us his cell phone number for direct contact with no response. Stopped trying. Also found out the contractor who did our project doesn't use him anymore. On the recommendation of a friend, we called Jake at Stone Crazy who promptly returned our call, looked at pictures and offered several recommendations on how to deal with the problem. For future granite jobs we will definitely call the other company.

She never called!!  I would never suggest that anyone use this company.  Complete waste of my time.

I have used their services a few times over several years. Their prices are very affordable. Their staff and installers are all very professional. They have been great!

Have you ever heard the saying no good deed goes unpunished ? Well now I know what it really means..
I first visited Affordable Granite weeks before the job. While there I met the owner and we talked about my project and picked out my slab.
  Fast forward three weeks and my contractors are at the point the Granite people can come in and measure for the cuts. While Walter (the owner) is measuring we set a date for the install.
  Install date arrives and no Granite... My contractors try to reach Walter and after many calls and messages they finally get him. Walter then sets another date 6 days after the original one for the morning of July 21 at 8 AM. The installers finally show up at 3PM on that day.
  After the install I notice the counter top has a fissure crack across the entire top. I questioned the installers and was told that fissures sometimes happen and maybe it could be filled and buffed out . However they said  I should call Walter and have him look at it. I called the next day and spoke with Walter and he responded that he would need to talk to his install guys and get back to me.....That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting !!!
