I would use them again in future.

I was dissatisfied with the wood part. The carpet was fine but I was dissatisfied with the wood cleaning. I gave them a B for quality, it wasn't terrible. They came when I asked.

Their service is not always consistent. It depends on who comes out to do the service. I find their ads and prices to be misleading at times.

Did not remove stains caused by foot traffic and pets. I was able to do a better job myself with a home model carpet cleaning machine.

Well the men that came out were professional and on time. I have an older pet who urinates on the carpet at times. They sprayed for all of those stains/smells. The carpets looked great the 1st day and part of the 2nd. Then you could see a lot of the old stains again.I wasn't expecting a miracle for the carpet so it wasn't too surprising when the spots started coming back thru. 

The grout to me looked worse than it did before. The tile is about 3 years old but it looked better before they did anything to it. I wouldn't recommend this process to anyone.

Just overall disappointment for the dollars spent.

They showed up on time very professional, but don't expect miracles with grout cleaning, the grout is stained it has been for a while and was never sealed in the first place the stains probably aren't going to come out. They tried, but most of the stains still remained after we had the service. So while they are good they were not able to remove the stains. Spend with caution if you have old grout.

We called them and they came and did an estimate. We waited about two weeks and then called them, and they were here within two days. They were very responsive. They were very nice. They moved furniture for us. Everything was fine.

They were a known name and I hadn't heard anything bad about them so that's why I picked them.
It was fairly straight forward. They came quick and were punctual.

They came, they seemed to be very much in a hurry. I called them back to tell them that they hadn't completely removed a stain in an upstairs bedroom. They apologized and sent someone back out right away to fix it.

The carpet looked great when they finished but by the next night the stains were back. The kitchen looked ok when they were finished but even though it was sealed it did not stay all week.
also they sold me a bottle of cleaning solution to use if the dog urinates in the bedroom but since the bedroom stains never resolved I see no reason that is would be effective.
In their defense the scheduling person did tell me that if the carpet is stained in the pad the stains might return but she did not tell me they would come back in just 1 day.

They arrived on time and seemed to really know their stuff. Spot cleaning was needed and they did my staircase as well. Overall nice job with courteous young men. In and out rather quickly. I think I had gotten a special price which they seem to have a lot. Just ask for "specials"

They did an excellent job, moved light furniture and the carpet was dry within 4 hours.

They responded quickly to my request for carpet cleaning. Came on time and did a thorough job. The technicians were clearly experienced. They did one room, very long hallway, a large throw carpet, and the family room. The price was fair.

Their price was reasonable. I came home and everything was dry and clean. I have no complaints. I would use them again.

Overall, the experience was good. They have good people that work for them. They explained additional services but were not pushy. They did a good job!

Made the appointment online. They called me back to confrm and answer questions. They arrived on time and were very courtious.
I have several dogs that had soiled the carpet, but they were able to make my carpet look and smell much better. Would use their service again.

They told me upfront that it would take at least 3 to 4 hours. In 1 1/2 hours they came and said that they were all through. I realized within 3 or 4 weeks that they hadn't completed the job because black soot was coming from one of the vents in the farthest room from where they started. It was very obvious that they hadn't done the job. I called the owner who was rude and obnoxious and told me that I didn't know want I was talking about. I harassed them enough to the point that they came out and checked it. He sent 2 workmen to check it. They made all kinds of excuses and finally got a vacuum cleaner out to clean that one vent. I could tell the guys who were doing it felt badly and they were treating me decently but they had to do what their boss said. As I walked them to the door a man runs out of my guest bathroom and tries to hide in the truck. I was astonished because I had let nobody in my house but these 2 men. At first I thought it was a thief but then realized that it was Tyler, the owner. I told him to come and speak with me but he hid in the truck. There were 7 vents which is the maximum they will do for $395. They came on time but they didn't finish the job. The owner was unprofessional. I have twittered and tweeted everybody I know telling them not to use them.
