R&M Construction and Development Company is located in the tight knit community of Alachua, Florida. Our business is based on honesty, integrity, customer service and old fashioned hard work. These traits support our philosophy of delivering YOU a better homebuilding experience. Our company was founded on the principles of integrity, honesty, customer service and by building a house with a strong foundation and quality craftsmanship from the first shovel of dirt dug for the footers - to the final stroke of paint on the walls. Robert and Mary Clark started R&M Construction and Development, LLC in 2002 with a desire to run a construction business that always puts the customer first. Robert has 20+ years of building experience which he gained from working in every facet of the building process. His wife Mary recently became a residential contractor working along with Robert and assisting with interior design, and especially enjoys the time she spends with her customers. We are glad to help you find financing and also accept mastercard and visa.

We would recommend R & M Construction to do work for us any time. The porch they built turned out so nicely, our neighbors are now wanting one like it. Since Robert does most of the work himself, he can do the job for less. However, that does not mean the work is not as good. He does excellent work ! He is conscientious about materials he uses and is adaptable to any changes we requested. The county inspectors approved of his work right off and he didn't have to do anything over to suit them. All in all,we give him an A+
We LOVE our porch !!! It adds so much to the enjoyment of being outdoors in Florida. It makes the house look nicer too.
