If I could give Perry’s 10 stars I would! They are the best business I have encountered in decades! 1. A human being answers the phone, no annoying phone trees or “leave a message and we’ll get back with you.” 2. The person answering the phone actually knew something about the business and after listening to my issues gave me some possibilities about the problem with a ball park estimate for repair. I did not expect them to be able to diagnose it over the phone but at least I had an idea of the seriousness and cost of the repair. He could not give me an appointment but said the owner would call me. 3. The owner called me within ten minutes; he set up a time for the following day. No playing phone tag. They seemed to realize my time is just as valuable as theirs. 4. The repairman called me the next day within the window of the appointment time to tell me he was on his way. He called me back with the estimate. All of the parts were on the truck; he made the repairs that same day. 5. The owner called me, told me what the fee was and took my CC info over the phone because he wanted to ensure my security versus other methods of payments. I felt they were honest and their fees reasonable. For the first time in a very long time I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. And they did the repairs on a Saturday! This is how a business should run! I am so tired of the mentality of most businesses where they seem to say to me “yeah, we’ll take your hard earned money, we are going to treat you like crap and feed you a lot of excuses and BS and our job may or may not work.” Perry’s is a godsend. I will exclusively use them for all my well needs in the future – and if they do other types of work I will use them and if they can’t do the work, I will use them for a reference. Superb business!!

Guys were awesome! I called in the afternoon and expected the worst. They showed up promptly and kept me notified as to when they were on their way. They diagnosed the issue quickly (beyond what I was able to test) and got me back up and running.

Got here when they said, called before. Explained what they were doing and why clearly.

Contacted the company in the morning and they were able to get a technician on site by 2pm that day. He was able to quickly sort out the problem with the pressure valve and provided us with good training on what to look for if this happens again.

After attempting with no success to contact the pump and well company I had previously used, I called Perry who came and did an evaluation of our water and then recommended an iron filter instead. Problem solved. They were prompt, polite and professional. I have since called them again to repair a failed valve on my well pump. I would recommend them to anyone. They did an outstanding job.

They were very professional from the first time I called them to check out the job, they were very reasonable in their pricing and on time for our appointment. At the time of quote I deceided to go with them for the job, we set the price and an appiontment to do the work. The work was done in a timely matter and the clean up went above and beyond what I expected. Work went so well I have decided to use them to put in a long over due walk in shower. AZWaterRite was recommended to me by a close friend that they did some well work for, they really can handle all your plumbing needs. Water heater, water softeners, wells( drilling as well as maintenance) faucet,sink, tub and shower installs. It's a family run business and you can tell because of their quality work and professionalism. As Chris (the owner) said "plumbing my family's bread and butter."

Everything worked out. He came out and did it nicely, and he came back and readjusted something, because my water was not coming out very well. He went out of his way to do a great job. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He is just exactly the kind of person that I need. I have had two other companies, but they were much more expensive than Chris. His quality of work was excellent, he comes back and tweaks things to make sure everything is working right. He responds promptly when you call him, and he does other maintenance. I am going to get his maintenance plan, and he will take care of everything for mein the future. He is terrific!

He is extremely good and the price is very reasonable.

They did a good job with the installation. They were friendly and helpful. They were professional in their description of their products.
