The service was fine. We used them for about a year and ended in June. They charged $26 a week. They cut our grass too short once and that caused it to die. They fixed it as best they could, though. The price was fair and was market value.

So.  The work is beautiful and I couldn't be more thrilled.  The issue is contact.  We called for an estimate and Justin came out within just a couple of days.  He spent a good deal of time listening to what we wanted regarding the landscaping and installation of a fire pit with a surrounding paved area.  It took a little over a week to get us the quote, which we signed and accepted.  Then ... the waiting began.  The only thing I can say that is negative is the failure for the company to contact us to let us know when they would get started, and when we were contacted and told when someone would be out, it didn't happen.  I had to call several times.  The pavers were finally delivered to our home but sat for over 3 weeks.  During that time, I continuously called and finally, almost 2 months after having signed the contract, work began.  Once it started, it went very quickly and we are so very pleased with the result.  We had an area just off our front porch that had basically turned to dirt.  One of the supervisors asked if we wanted sod laid up to the porch, I asked if he had any other suggestion.  He said he thought it would soon turn to dirt with all the walking and suggested we put pavers down to make a large entrance way, which we did.  It's beautiful.  The fire pit area is wonderful and over all we couldn't be happier.

I would definitely use them again, and will probably do so soon, and when that happens I'll be more prepared for the more-than-likely delay in getting the work done.  The quality and price of the work is worth the wait - if you have the patience.
