Omg where do I began the Dreyer’s Company is the best, I have had to deal with on a project like this. The crew that worked on are surgical unit did a GREAT job they had a long job ahead but kept there heads up and moved along, even helped out a lot with moving some of are heavy equipment I could not have asked for a better experience, definitely Dreyer’s HIGHLY recommended.

Horrible Customer Service! As DKI cleaned our ceramic tile, it buckled or “tented.” DKI has refused to give us their insurance information to file a claim, despite being Florida law and after a letter from our attorney stating so! The company rep has been rude, denies any responsibility and owner refuses to speak with us. DKI said it was from faulty installation but it was installed 26 years ago! We hired a tile expert who said it cannot be repaired. We must have all tile replaced for thousands of dollars! We understand things can happen but the worst thing about this situation is DKI’s total lack of concern or compliance with the law.

DKI has charged us $27,000.00 to pack and store our contents. This is unbelievable for a small 3 BR 2 Bath Ranch style house! Our contents were held hostage until we paid the whole amount. The email said as per the owner, we had to pay in full to get our contents back! Our contents stayed in storage uncleaned. They invoiced us $38,000.00 for water mitigation which included charges for a generator, which they didn't have. My house had power which they used. They went so far as to say they sent a worker three times to get gas for the non existent generator! Pure fraud! I have pictures and other proof! They said the workers used the most expensive and high end PPE when we were there every day and saw only masks and respirators the first day only! They charged for one of their supervisors being there to oversee the operation when she was actually gone on other jobs they had in Lake Charles and the surrounding area. She actually went home to Florida for a week or so. The fact that they would come down to Lake Charles that had been devastated by two Cat 4 storms within 6 weeks of each other and take advantage of peoples hard luck is unconscionable! $54,000.00! Desired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Billing Adjustment When we signed the agreement to do the work we asked the sales rep who sold us on the company and the supervisor who was present how much this would cost. The sales rep said around $10,000.00 for contents and $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 for the water mitigation. I just want a fair price for what was done and that the BBB write them up for fraud (generator and power distribution and worker going to get gas. Write the owner for holding contents hostage until we paid in full knowing we hadn't gotten insurance money yet.

They did a GREAT job. I had tried every carpet cleaner and nothing worked. Somehow they got it all and the rug looks brand new! They have a minimum cost of $75 so they cleaned two other area rugs. Everything looked great. I'll definitely call them again if needed.

Wonderfully well. The rug looks like new. Everyone we dealt with at Dreyer's DKI was friendly, knowledgeable and forthright. A very professional team. We chose to deliver and pick up the rug, an approximately 8 x 10 handwoven wool rug we bought in Turkey. We requested their microseal protector to the cleaned rug at a small additional cost.

What sets them apart from Stanley Steemer is that they do not bash the competition - they work a lot and talk less - they take pride in their work. They deliver a good service at a competitive price.

I met a young man working another job in the parking lot from Dreyers company and he handed me a brochure in case I ever needed any service. My significant other had used them for another service as well and he was more than pleased. (very detailed oriented) He does not recommend easily unless it is truly well deserved so this carried alot of weight with me. I was nervous about using someone for the first time but the scheduler helped me ease into my decision. Once I met Marco I was put completely at ease. He did a great job with my older carpets and was professional, knowlegeable , prompt and left me ready for the holidays. I will use them again and certainly recommend them with no hesitation.

fast efficient quality work great customer service I dropped off and picked up but they will do that for a fee. They unload and load your vehicle.

The technician did an excellent job with the carpets. He worked very h****** them, and I felt very good about moving in to my new home with nice, clean carpets.

The very best part of the service is they moved all my furniture to clean underneath - even a very heavy antique stove. They were pleasant to work with. I was satisfied with all the cleaning. I would use them again.

Fantastic! The team worked hard for several hours without even taking any breaks and did an amazing job on my floors. They were professional, efficient and explained every detail about the job. My husband and I have hired Dreyers for smaller jobs in the past and they did great work but this big job was the very best. I will definitely use Dreyers again in the future. The team also took great care to fully protect our baseboards, appliances and furniture while they cleaned. They are terrific!

Everything went well except that they took the area rug with them to clean it and neglected to tell us that we would not get it back for 6 weeks.

The plumber recommended i call Dreyer's when he found the leak in the refrigerator. They came out within the hour, were very professional. Fans were set up in the ktichen and in the garage, the gentleman explained exactly what he was doing, how long it would take, etc. He came out first thing the next morning to check progress, just as he said he would.

Very pleased with the pre-spoting and thorough cleaning of the carpets.

It turned out very well. They came out a year ago and there were not additional charges. I had used them on probably one or 2 occasions prior to that service. They were very polite, courteous and they did a good job. There were no issues with their service.

Very reliable, professional, came back promptly to reclean an area that I thought needed more attention. Our local Minimaids often uses their services.

The appointment was scheduled with "Emily" a month prior and she kept in constant email contact in advance of the appointment. We scheduled for 9am and on the morning of the appointment and Joe showed up at 8:55am-- five minutes EARLY! I was understandably surprised since most workers and technicians I have dealt with over the years have kept me waiting in a "window of opportunity," Joe came in and measured everything and within 20 minutes was well on his way to cleaning our dingy carpeting. He was professional and took care to listen to my specific instructions. At approximately 2 hours from arrival he was completely done and I can't believe how different the carpeting looks. Of course he said it should take about 6 hours to dry, so factor that in to the time you cannot walk on the carpeting. I am SO impressed and will definitely be hiring them again for more carpet cleaning in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The office person said it would be $315.00 for 400sq feet of carpet. It is a two bedroom townhouse with about 800sq. I could buy new carpet for that price. I was shocked. I got a quote from another company for $150.00 to 200.00.

I will say that this was an extremely positive business experience, despite the poor fortune that had me experience it! Dreyers were very responsive to our initial call, and came within the hour. They worked from nearly 8pm-130pm stripping out much of the wet matter (carpet underlay), extracting as much water as possible that remained, removing baseboard to improve drying effectiveness and to allow studs to dry. They set up a plethora of dryers, heaters and blowers to run constantly, then ensured that the chances of circuits tripping was minimized (particularly A/C, well pump, fridges, freezers). The personnel came every day to check on equipment, make adjustments and address any circuit tripping issues. They would send someone out right away if we had a problem. Communication was not an issue with Dreyers; they kept us up to date with all information, and were extremely responsive to questions. It became apparent after 2-3 days that water had breached through a central wall and run underneath the laminate flooring, causing it to buckle and warp. They handled this in stride and removed all the damaged laminate, opened up the sheetrock on the affected wall and dried this area out too. This was particularly important as this wall, although internal, was insulated. This caused the water to wick upwards. Dreyers personnel addressed this quickly and certainly avoided the possibility of rot in the wall. They had portable hygrometers to measure humidity, and were able to zero in on difficult to dry spots and / or problem areas. While we did have all kinds of equipment blowing and heating for a full week, I can say that the job was done and done well. Living in Florida, the fear is always mold, and my wife is super-sensitive to it. After the Dreyer folks left, and ever since, there has been no hint of mold. In brief, I'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this outfit. When life swings a right hook at you, its good to have someone solid in your corner who has a plan.

Prior to my appointment, the office staff (Emily) was very helpful and responsive. I purposely scheduled the first appointment of the day so that the service technician would not be behind schedule; however, the technician called after my scheduled appointment time to tell me that he was unsure of where my address was located and that he was running late. He arrived 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. He also seemed disgruntled about the accessiblity of my apartment from the parking lot. I pointed out several areas of concern with pet stains on my carpet, and no special treatment was given to those areas, nor did the stains come out. The tile looks great, as does the carpet where stains weren't present.
