Contractor was going to replace part of front lawn with St. Augustine sod. He killed the existing grass with herbicide, waited two and a half months, during which the area he had sprayed had regrown full of weeds, then repeated the treatment. A week later he scraped off the dead grass and re-sodded with St. Augustine that looked half dead already. He stated the grass looked like that because it was December and it would be back to normal by spring. By spring, most of the St. Augustine was dead and bugs and weeds had taken over. This happened while my husband was deployed and the contractor had verbally guaranteed that he would take care of our lawn and not to worry. After my husband came back, It took us two years to get the front lawn back in good condition, although the St. Augustine grass never came back.

They take care of all of my pest control services. I have been using them for 20 years. Things have been excellent. Since the owner retired recently, Scott, the service technician, now comes out to do my treatments. He is very personable and does a good job.
