Took an elderly dog I was fostering here for eye exam, explained this was a foster, please keep expenses down. Handed me a tube of ointment and a bill for $175! Corporate -owned vet that cares a lot for the bottom line and a little for your pet. So sad what happened here since Dr. Stine sold this practice. Will not return to this vet hospital that I patronized for 25 years.

She is a wonderful vet. She is not only competent but compassionate. She does everything from minor things to fixing cats.

Dr. Stine was late, but the time he sticks around to talk to you more than makes up for it. He even answers all my kids questions and helps educate them on caring for our dog esp since it's their first time owning a pet. They have also been consistent with follow up calls when our fur baby has an issue. We love Dr. Stein! (He was recommended to us by our breeder)

I used Dr. Stine for 20 plus years for everything from spays to cancer. I think he was a decent vet, but wait times were extremely long and once you actually moved into an exam room, he would come in only to be interrupted for phone calls, questions and other issues by the office staff. This was more than annoying because you were paying for his time and he couldn't even diagnose your animal without leaving once or twice during the exam. He did go with his gut feeling a lot, which I liked, rather than ask you to pay exorbitant amounts of money to diagnose your animal. Today, most vets can't function without a battery of tests. They have no knowledge of what might be happening unless it waves a flag at them. So, on this occasion, I was very surprised to see a kid right out of vet school handling an emergency appointment that I made with Dr. Stine. When I described the behavior of my dog, she suggested xrays, blood work, and medications which were contraindicated in my dog and then charged me 400.00. I was livid. The behaviors were consistant with glaucoma pain, which the records showed had been diagnosed. A quick email to the vet school afterward, confirmed that the symptoms were likely caused by severe eye pressure/pain. (EMAIL, not an exam). All my dog needed was a stronger medication regimen to control the eye pain, not xrays, bloodwork, medications, etc. I called the office six (6!) times to speak to Dr. Stine about this issue. Six( 6!) times, he refused to call me back to discuss the issue. If a vet you have developed a relationship with over a twenty year period cannot offer you the courtesy of a return phone call to discuss the egregious errors someone in his employ has rendered, they don't deserve my business. I have found another vet that cares and I would urge you to consider whether you want to spend your hard earned money with an office and an owner that does not care.

Everything went well. Had some post-operative bleeding. They say me the same day I called concerned and answered subsequent calls with compassion, as I am a first time fur baby mom. Also impressed with previous experience with e-coil infection, they called to follow-up and make sure his antibiotics were working. Otherwise, our fur baby is up to date on shots, and doing well. Dr. Stine is personable and up to date with current studies and trends in vet medicine, backed up with many years of experience!

Dr. stone and his staff are wonderful. Very caring and responsive. I needed to call about my Doug's upset stomach and they took time to help me, never rushing.

I can't recommend them enough.

They provided excellent care. We were very pleased with them. They moved quickly. They did all the tests there in their own facility to know if the cells are cancerous. They operated right away on the next day. Their follow up care was wonderful and they also followed up at home to see how she was getting along. Their price was fair because they were comparable to everyone else in the area.

The veterinary technician was very nice and professional. She worked well with my animals. Dr. Stine was very nice and great with the animals. It was a very relaxed environment and my cats didn't seem stressed at all. He did go off on a few tangents with stories that I didn't need to hear but I would much rather have a personable vet than one that is condescending and doesn't seem interested in you or your animals.

Dr. Stine is great. One cat was diabetic in 2001 but has been off insulin now for over 5 years. He takes a real interest in each animal. Only necessary testing is recommended and the pros and cons for lab work explained. Even with a hectic schedule, Sr. Stine personally calls with findings. While this was a routine visit, he performed successful eye surgery on the diabetic cat; I would trust his surgical skills if needed in the future.

Wonderful experience every time we need to go for care. They make you feel right at home every time and you are seen promptly, unless of course there are emergencies, been there and done that too. I totally trust my animals care to them and have referred people to them as well.
