We called today and they were on it today, from the 1st call when we spoke to Jennifer to the work John did was 10 stars above and beyond !!!! We cannot thank them enough for the work and pure kindness and honest company ethics !!!!

Perfect job. Came ahead of schedule and worked quickly and safely. Good communication and mechanics knew what they were doing. All parts on the truck. Very courteous and cleaned up. Great company If the quote seems high you usually get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

My old garage door basically folded in half, so I had to get a replacement. Spoke to Jennifer on the phone, and she went over several options with me. She emailed me some quotes and information to review. John visited my house THE SAME DAY!! I told John what I was looking for and Jennifer took care of the rest. About a week later John installed my new door. It looks great, works perfectly, I could not be more pleased! Great company, call them First!

John Pruitt, the owner, came out and reset it, lubricated it, tightened some loose screws and it worked perfectly! He was very friendly, helpful and fixed my problem immediately. He also showed me how to lubricate the door myself and provided me with a can of lubricant spray. I was delighted to discover him and Alachua Door. I recommend him highly!

They installed our new garage doors with remotes and automatic lifts. They gave us an entry keypad for free. Nice people.
