IHK Services installed 7 mini-split AC units, performed electrical work and installed a state-of-the-art alarm and security camera system. Recently when my A/C went down I tried calling a friend first but he was
not available. To save a few bucks I tried the company he recommended
IHK Services, LLC, what a BIG mistake that was. I paid for the so called
repair and the system only worked a half an hour. The repairman then
said he could not come back. The next day another repairman showed up
telling me he could put in a new motor for about $500 but there is no
way of knowing if it will work for more then a week or so. Then he left
to try to find the motor, telling me the owner of the company would call
me shortly with my options.I waited then to hear from the company's
owner who never called. So I called and was told he needed to speak to
the first repairman and he would get back to me by 7pm. So I waited and
he never bothered to call me back at all. My take on it is they did not
think I had any money to pay for the repair being that I told them I
live on Social Security. It is my opinion that with that in mind I was
no longer worth bothering to speak to. I was left with no working A/C
and out the money they charged me. At least after six long days without
A/C I called Cox Heating and A/C. Thank God for this company. Within a
few hours they were at my home taking great care of me.Unfortunately by
this time I already figured I needed a whole new system, but thought
there was no chance I would get financed. The salesman Bob said lets try
and got it all taken care of without a problem then without being asked
they brought over a portable unit for my bedroom. Talk about customer
service!! We did have to wait another four days for the install but now I
am very happy to say my home is no longer 94 degrees and it is amazing.
From first contact thru the install all employees were professional and
extremely helpful.THANK YOU COX HEATING AND A/C. I will never call
another company again

Jeremy and his team are great. Our upstairs ac unit stopped working on our rental property. They came out quickly and fixed it that same day. Tenants were happy about the fast service. Thank you Jeremy.

The air conditioning stopped working and I was desperate looking for a new  AC unit.  Initially when I contacted them,  IHK -Jeremy answered me quickly.  I was shopping around  for a good  AC  brand (Trane) and they gave me the best price. Mark and Paul Installed the unit with a lot of knowledge, professionalism and punctuality, which made this process  real smooth.  I will highly recommend IHK services.

Jim returned my call promptly. He showed up within an hour of my phone call, He looked over the system, said it was old but just needed a top off of Freon, since it had no service in over two years. He did not try to sell me a new unit because mine was old. He was honest and charged a fair price. I would use him again. I asked for a quote to replace the unit and it seemed reasonable, so I can save my money up knowing it wont last forever. They also offered to take off the service call if I decide to replace the unit in the next thirty days
