Roofing
So rude and condescending and did not fulfill the job to completion. I understand the frustration of an old roof with several issues but that is not my fault nor his so there is no need to get rude and snippy with me about the issues. And to think that when I addressed that he was speaking to me in a rude manner, he went into victim mode and said I was questioning his character! It is not my fault you don't know how to speak to human beings and are unable to fix the roof issues completely. Keep your personal feelings to yourself and do your job. Thank you
