I called in the morning and they had someone  here to do the job by the afternoon. They followed up two weeks later to do the perimeter of the house again just as a precaution. I have not an ant problem since they were here!

They walked around the house and looked for places that they might be getting in and helped seal up holes.  If we get the yearly contract they will also do other stuff for us.  If they do it for only one thing then the price is probably more on the expensive side.  It makes more sense to get the yearly contract and we can call them for bees and ants.  They will do three or four treatments over the course of the year for different kinds of insects and pests.  They weren’t the cheapest.  They were good and I was happy with them.

They have been wonderful. They have been extemely helpful.

They person that comes to do the job is very courteous. He doesn't get in the way.

I contacted them to treat a wasp nest in the front of my home.  Not only did he find that nest, but he found a hornets nest and five other nest on my property. (WOW)!  Instead of going with the one time fee, I decided to hire them and use their program annually. Wonderful!  Outstanding!  My Technician was John Flores.  Very Punctual, Professional and Knowledgeable.  I would definitely recommend this company

It was a very good service. The technicians were very professional and did a great job. They did what they said would work. The only negative thing was that the sales guys that came out tried to sell us extra things. They showed up when they said they would.

They let you know when they are coming and come when they say they will.

Unfortunately, I started finding ants in my kitchen this past summer. When I called the office about this, they said they could schedule an appointment about a week out. I’ve been their client for fifteen years, and I would have liked for them to have been more responsive to my concern. I was expecting an appointment within a day or two. Because of this, I plan on not renewing my annual contract once it expires.

Overall, everything has gone well.

I contacted three companies for help, and Western was the most professional, thorough, and honest. One company wanted to charge me over $1,000.00 just to spray, and another wanted to drill holes all throughout my home. The technician from Western was the most knowledgeable and competitively priced. I can’t attest to the quality of his work yet because the termites usually pop up in the spring. So, I’ll have to wait until next spring to see if termites are gone for good.

I really like their annual service. They always leave wooden stakes outside, which is part of their standard operating procedure. They’ll also do a flashlight inspection of the basement. We’ve never had an issue with termites while using their service, so I think they are reliable.

This is a great company. I think they’re very professional and thorough.

I’ve been very pleased with their service. We contacted them initially to help with a carpenter ant issue, and they resolved the problem fully. I think they are capable and professional, and I will continue using them.

Overall, I think they do good work and I’ll continue to use their service going forward.

The individual I use is very knowledgable and friendly, and the results are always great.  If there is an issue I call him and comes out and takes care of it for me.

They are excellent. I had carpenter ants and I had them all over the property which I didn't even know. I had them attacking my cherry trees and they were eating my wood floors upstairs. They did a really good job. I had carpenter bees too which I didn't know. They did a treatment to my gutters and got rid of those too. I would definitely recommend them. I think the people that come out here are very knowledgeable. They try to use the least toxic things they can do. They are very careful about where they put stuff. They treat the problem, not just the symptoms. They are doing a service for me for the year so if I have any kind of re-occurrence of any sort they will come back out here at no extra charge. The sales person was a little aggressive. But I called him on a Friday because that's when I found them right before a weekend. He couldn't come out because it was late in the afternoon. He came on Saturday morning before he went for his son's baseball game. He did the diagnosis and did a quick thing of telling me what to do. He just sprayed with Windex to keep them from swarming which actually worked so that I could still breathe on that weekend. He said that they wanted them all in the same place so that they could get the queen. He came back on Monday with the technician and that guy really knew his stuff. I was very satisfied that they came out. I have never seen another carpenter ant anywhere on my property and they got rid of all my pests. The Windex doesn't kill the bugs; it just keeps them from swarming. They were making me hysterical because I was seeing them everywhere. It worked and kept me from checking into a hotel and leaving my husband here by himself. That would not have helped to eliminate the problem. It would have just added more expense. I was very happy. They really knew their business. They also provide a gutter service that actually does very well. They have this foam that they fit to your gutters and it's treated so it will not disintegrate in the sun. So far it's working beautifully. Bees don't stick to it and the water goes right through. We have had some torrential downpours and it is working. There is nothing to get clogged or blocked. It's keeping the debris from hanging in the gutters because even a little debris is enough to make carpenter bees and other insects swarm to feed off that bit of gook that is in the gutters. These are people that know what they are doing. He told me that I had mice and said that he could take care of those too and he did. He set traps. He didn't spray anything. I told him I didn't like any toxins because of my dogs and me. He set traps to get the mice and sealed up all the holes in the house that he thought where they could get in with steel wool stuff and I haven't had any mice either. We have had traps set with no mice. It doesn't mean that all their technicians are like that. I can just say that the technician I had was pretty knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Their prices are medium high. They were certainly worth the money. I am the wrong person to ask that. I should be disqualified because I would have paid anything. I feel confident now. I had stink bugs and all kind of other bugs I didn't complain about. I just lived with them. I haven't had anything and nothing smells and there are no odors. Whatever he did, he sealed areas where these things were getting in I think and I haven't had a problem. They are certainly not a bargain. I started asking a lot of things and everything I asked they answered. I learned a lot. It was like a botany class. The guy came on his day off so how can you get better than that on punctuality. They were very professional. They have a system where a girl calls you through her call system and she tells you when the technician is coming out. Then he calls you right before he comes. Nobody just shows up and there is no guy walking your property that you don't know about ahead of time. I will continue to use them.
