They went above and beyond with respect to taking apart and reconnecting downspouts. They were very thorough. The only criticism is that we had to wait several weeks to complete the work due to their backlog.

I called the provider to schedule a routine gutter cleaning. They came out within a few days and completed the service. I didn't even have to be there. It was about as easy a process as I could imagine. Would definitely recommend them!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from this company. I needed to have my gutters cleaned quickly, and they came out the next day. I was very happy. Not only did they clean my gutters but they also checked the downspout drainage to make sure it was draining correctly. They found several places where the underground drain was clogged and we were able to correct that. Last week I had them come back to correct the gutters on my front porch. We had put in new underground drainage and I needed to have the gutters reversed, so the downspout was on the opposite side. They did a beautiful job. They did a nice job connecting it to the underground drain pipe. I was impressed with their knowledge and the quality of their work. Also, they came on time. Very friendly and made sure of my expectations for this job. This company is well run, Larry has a vast understanding of gutter and roofing needs. I will definitely have them back .

We were very pleased. They did what I expected and they were neat and clean about it. They were good. This was not a complicated job. They were responsive. The only problem that I had, I asked them to call me the day before they came out and they just showed up on a particular day.

I called to request a gutter cleaning; my call was returned within a few hours. I was told that someone would be out to complete the job within the week weather permitting. It was very simple to set up and they came a couple days later to complete the job. I haven't gone up to check out the results, but assume the gutters were cleaned in an appropriate manner. The price seemed reasonable to me. Very easy and simple to get done. I am satisfied!

Larry and his crew finished the repair in one day. Although once the work was started and he realized the damage was much more extensive than the estimate quoted to me, he did the necessary repairs and did not charge me for the additional work/time. I have used Valley Services for other repairs and each time I walk away more satisified with the quality work provided.
