This morning (the morning after the delivery) I awoke to an email from Gene, saying that he had noticed a chip in one side of the armoire and was worried that he might have caused it. If so, he wanted to make it right. How often does that happen?! I assured him that he did not cause the damage but that I deeply appreciated his honesty and kindness.
I would not hesitate for a second to use him again. This experience was outstanding.
