Air Duct Cleaning. The owner of this company is Samuel Adams (a.k.a
"Sam").
He promised the most outstanding deck staining
and it is complete garbage! We made it very clear to him that we were
willing to pay whatever it cost to have the deck done properly including
the stripping, sanding, good materials and proper technique. He
initially told us he would be back to do the deck that week when we asked for the quote but it
really took several phones calls over a three week period for him to get around to doing the job.
We came home to find a very sloppy and quickly done job that clearly cut every
corner possible. We were willing to pay the money to have someone do
this for us but moving forward my husband will likely spend the time it
takes to do the job correctly and avoid this debacle. Also, this company
has extremely poor customer service. Our emails and phone calls were
not returned promptly. Sam spoke to as if he were trying to
calm a p***** off girlfriend and called me "Sweetie". Finally, we paid for a third service to
be done and then changed our mind because we were concerned as to
whether it might require HOA approval and we have yet to see the $300
refund we are owed. He has promised it several times but we have yet to see it.
We would advise everyone to avoid this company at all cost.
