Treemendous Tree Care Inc

My experience with this company was absolutely horrible. I had a due date and gave them 2.5 months notice. They rescheduled on me twice and did not complete the work by the requested date. They never contacted me about the rescheduling. I called them when they did not show and they told me that I was being rescheduled. When they finally came they did not complete all of the work. They also moved a bunch of my neighbor's things and did not put it back before leaving. They did not contact me with updates prior to leaving. I contacted their office and nobody knew what was going on. I never received an apology or explanation for anything other than an excuse that they have an 18-year-old on their crew. They finally told me they would be back to finish the work the next day. They came later to grind stumps and did not remove any of the material post grinding. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Very disorganized, disrespectful, and an unpleasant experience.

Very professional and upfront with pricing

I want them to prune our tall pine trees. But they did cosmetic trimming of the trees, didn’t bring enough equipment to reach high end of the trees. I expect to have dead branches to be trimmed . But they didn’t do that. Their explanation was based on the project order and it’s out of the scope. Later i pointed out some dead branches at low end, they cut them out under my direction. Lesson learned, you need prepare what you want in detail and can’t solely rely on their judgement.

They did pruning and winter clean up. My trees are a couple of hundreds tall. They're big trees. They came in the winter and talked about what we're going to do. They give me woodchips from the trees that they cut. They will cut the trees they took down and cut it to small portions so we can easily make firewood.

Purchased a house that needed trees removed. This was a complicated project because three of the trees were not only leaning on the house, they were also tied to a chain link fence for support. There was an additional tree on an elevated area with retaining walls. This project required two visits because the chain link fence had to be removed before the stump grinding could take place. Both parts of this tree removal process was done very well. Both crews were very professional and friendly. They take pride in their work. They arrived on time. They cleaned up all debris. They had to access my area from my neighbors property, and they were very careful not to ruin their lawn by putting wooden boards down in order for the stump grinder to be maneuvered without tearing up the lawn. Great job, and their price was the best out of the 4 estimates that I got prior to choosing Treemendous Tree. Bottom line—They live up to their name.

I submitted a request for proposals from several different companies. Tremendous Tree Care was one of the highest, but this was a case of you get what you pay for. They were outstanding. They were very detailed in what they would do and how they would do it when they gave the estimate. They arrived mid-March and took down the first tree quickly, and did an excellent job of pruning the maple. They took out all the dead wood and cut it back quite a lot. They didn't just go in and hack away, they cut very deliberately and carefully. It looks better than ever. They are very safety conscious and used a lot of safety equipment so I had no fear on anyone getting hurt. When they were done, they completely cleaned everything up. Except for the change in the trees themselves, you would never know they had been here. They came back April 1 (after being given the green light by Miss Utility), and ground up the stump and roots from the pine tree. added topsoil and leveled it all off. It all looks great! I would definitely call them in the future for any tree work that I needed to have done. Their name is what they are - Tremendous!

His crew was wonderful, he got a couple degree in forestry so I know that I could trust them. They did a wonderful job, everything was safe and I would highly recommend them. He's very experienced, very knowledgeable and it was a company that you can trust.

It went great. We were skeptical about having this work done in general due to the location of the tree being so close to the house. This company was extremely efficient and timely and their price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again! I have already recommended them and will continue to recommend them to others.

When I first called the estimator was 15 minutes early to my house. Friendly and detailed, we talked for about an hour. My tree was huge, over 60 years old and at its end. This swamp maple was 8 ft. in diameter. Because of rain and snow we cancelled it's cut a few times, just bad luck. They didn't want to put ruts in the lawn. When the day came to cut, plywood was put down for the bucket truck, their chain saws etc. were lined up and tested and they went to work. The guys are professional cutters, they did their job as I would have. After they were done, they cleaned up. A day later a flatbed come by and picked up the logs, big logs. I called a couple days after this to pick up the plywood.

They did a wonderful job. There are not enough superlative in the english language to describe their excellent service. I will use them again most definitely.

Overall, I was very happy with the service. The tree was located in between my neighbor and I's property in a front yard in a city neighborhood. From the estimate to service appointment communications were awesome. Had one hiccup the day of the removal with parked cars in the street, but the guys from the company adapted and overcame. Very professional and friendly employees, if I had more trees I would definitely use this company again.

All I can say is AMAZING!! The price was in the middle of my other estimates. I will definately call them again. The crane operator was perfect. Clean up perfect. I just can't say enough about the whole process.

Reading the company description of services provided, I felt the service I required was too small for Treemendous Tree Care.  I decided to take a chance anyway and I am happy I did!  Gareth and Christine made me feel just as important as clients with larger jobs and scheduled me for an estimate right away.  On the scheduled date for the job, the events played out exactly as outlined by Gareth and for the estimated price.  Gareth and his team were knowledgeable, punctual, professional and friendly. 

Very knowledgeable staff and administrative very helpful.  The crown reduction on my large Siberian Elm was excellently performed.  I thought prior to that I may have to lose the tree due to large branches dropping.  Called them back for some minor work that I wanted done during the overall service; it was performed promptly and at no add charge.

Crew was very professional and friendly and efficient.

I typically prefer email contact because I can work odd hours. Treemendous was incredibly responsive, getting back to me within thirty minutes of my initial request, at 10:30 pm. They showed up on time and were very professional, completing all of the work in short order and cleaning up any debris.
