Great! We worked mainly with Christa who was extremely professional and had a good eye, helping us pick first the floor tile, then countertop suggestions (Mindy), then the tricky backsplash. She was able to suggest a range of options that helped us through the thousands of possibilities - how? Because she's an excellent listener, not ego-driven if you didn't like something, and has a great creative and design eye. She suggested a range of price-related tile, never trying to upsell. Everything was ready when we were. A great showroom and resource.

The person I dealt with there was knowledgeable, helpful, and very efficient. Her name was Francine, but I have the impression that anyone there would be just as helpful. I came away with tile for a shower that had to be gutted and rebuilt that looked quite wonderful by the time it was done. The tile wasn't cheap, but it wasn't hugely expensive. And they have so much in stock, so you don't have to wait. It takes a little while to get the stock out to your car, but then again, you probably don't want them to rush when they are handling decorative tiles!
