Things went perfecty! Literally. Evidently not many, hardly any, contractors in the Angie's List Glass and Handyman categories close to my house wanted to be bothered with my small job. Two didn't return my calls. One had specialized and didn't deal with glass or window work any longer. One called back and wanted to schedule an estimate 8 days later! Kenny returned my call promptly, came by on his lunch break to check out the dimensions of the pane of glass broken out of a basement window, and two mornings later the work was completed with care and precision. It actually mattered to him that I was losing AC like crazy in a season of extreme heat. It actually mattered to him that the job get done before rain could blow in and flood my basement. If you are in his service area and need any residential or commercial glass or plexiglass work done, don't even bother calling anyone other than Kenny, The Glass Man.

He should be on the POH.

I got the referral from Vince's Glass in Wilmington, DE. They only provide the glass, not the installation. Ed called me back promptly and gave me an estimate of $1200 to replace glass in 10-12 windows of my 3 story house and set an installation date a couple of weeks later. He arrived promptly with an assistant, was very pleasant and professional. The job took two days. I was not here when he did the work, but my husband said he fixed a couple of windows that we hadn't included in the original estimate at no additional charge, even though he had to return to the supplier for more glass.
Very pleased, would definitely recommend and use again.
