The team arrived on time and went right to work, did a nice job, and left the front lawn clear of any debris. They came back a week or two later to remove two stumps. Though I had an additional shrub removed rather than just trimmed, the estimate was the same amount I paid. My only issue was scheduling the work to be done. Once I signed and returned the contract, I was told it would be a couple of weeks. I didn’t hear anything in two weeks, so I called and left messages two or three times before emailing and getting a reply that the work was scheduled.

The experienced team did a good job. The only problem I had with them was rescheduling several times due to what I believe was my job being a smaller job.

It's interesting. The contracting piece of it was good. The pricing was good. The execution was not good. They committed to a time frame, and they didn't show up. When I called the salesman who was coordinating it - he had completely forgotten about it -I could tell by his reaction. It wasn't a very big job, but the fact that it was storm damage, and they told me they place a high priority on cleaning up storm damage. It was an unfortunate error on their part. It wasn't a big job but they did a good job with it. They came out and they gave me the price right away. I had an offer sheet when the salesman came out and they committed to it. It would be this day or that day. They came out on a Thursday and they committed to the following Friday or Saturday. The following Friday and Saturday came and went. When I called them on that next Monday the salesman was like humina humina humina like he clearly forgot. There was a crew out the next day. Punctuality they missed completely until I had to call them back. Professionalism was a B only because the sales guy didn't honor his commitment. Other than that he was fine. He was ok. I would give them an A if he hadn't completely missed the committed scheduled date to do the work. It was unfortunate and it was stupid because they could have had an A all the way. The salesman showed up on April 14. They scheduled for April 21 and the 22. I called on April 24 which was a Monday and they showed up the next day.

Everything went well and very efficient.

They were fine. Their quality and professionalism was top notch. The clean up was excellent.

Team started promptly on one of the coldest days of January, took great care putting plywood across the front yard in order to prevent rutting by their bucket truck, worked diligently all day, and the following day, and then back the following week to do the stumping. Foreman was on site both mornings -- terrific work!

Arboritist did not try to sell me on attempting to save two dying trees. He explained the reason for the die-back and gave me good options.

They were perfect, easy to schedule, came out on time, very polite and very professional. It was very overpriced, a lot more then we thought. They did it in steps. They did a good job. I thought the price was high. We have not used them again because of the price.

We're on a maintenance plan. So, it's $280 for the year. They come out and do early spring, late spring, early summer, late summer, fall. It includes fertilizing, irrigating, treatment and all that.

We've been with them for many, many years and they did a wonderful job. They've been wonderful for many years. We intend to work with them for many more years. They're dependable and they're safe. They do what is appropriate for any given situation. They were recommended to us by people professionally involved in that sort of thing. We've been very happy for probably 15 to 20 years. They're great. The manager comes down to determine exactly what should be done. If you have plenty of things to be done, he'll write them all up. You can prioritize which ones you might want to have done and things you don't need to do. They did excellent work. The way they manage it is very good too. I'm very pleased with that. Their price was very fair.

This is the only service of many we tried that was able to eradicate persistent weeds from our lawn. The lawn has become more dense each year and now is in peak health.  They respond promptly with any phone calls, especially about cleaning up debris from recent storms. They even suggested to wait until their schedule frees up so rates would be lower to remove two pines that had their tops taken out in the June storms. Can't ask for better service and knowledgeable staff who recommend what is best for our lawn and trees. Bill is fantastic as a representative of the Chester Heights, PA office.

We hire them every year to maintain our shrubs and lawn. They do applications in the spring and fall. They show up on time. They are very knowledgeable. Our lawn and yard look really good. We've used them for a long time. We used them in our old neighborhood, and then have started using them at our new home.

I was very pleased. They're pretty prompt. They do a good job. They have a good customer satisfaction policy. If there's anything you don't like about what they did, they tell you just don't pay them for that part of it and tell them what's wrong. I've used them with one larger project and I used them with another smaller project without even calling anybody else.

It was good.
