Tarzan Tree Service

They left my property in better condition than when they arrived-which is saying a lot if anyone has had tree service. The largest tree was 20 feet from my pool and nothing lande in the pool. Even the leaves were fished out immediately. Kevin is very knowlegable and extremely easy to work with on projects. I intend to have Tarzan back for more work and have already recommended him to several friends. He was referred to me by Pool Service who works with very wealthy and particular clients.

This is the 2nd time we have used Tarzan Tree Service. Kevin connected with us right away when we called for an estimate. He's a very friendly guy and has been doing this work for a long time. The date was eventually worked out and they came as expected with all labor and equipment needed and Kevin supervising. In and out quite quickly with excellent cleanup. Kevin insisted that we come out and take a good look at the work; he also relooked at the other trees that had been trimmed last year. You can tell he takes pride in his work and and quot;ownsand quot; it. Quite willing to answer questions about landscape type of things. We will have him come back later in the fall for some additional trim work.

He came when he said and he did a good job. I would use them again.

Got a few quotes to remove a dead tree from our backyard. Tarzan was average with the price, but based on quality reviews, I felt they were the best fit. The work got pushed back a few days due a major storm in the area that knocked down a lot of trees, which is understandable. Work was done the following week and looks great. Everything was done as promised and you would never know they had been there. Planning on using again for another project.

It started out with me showing Kevin the mess that was my 1/3 acre yard. All trees and bushes 20+ years old and growing out of control. Deck and house were almost enclosed, felt claustrophobic, encapsulated in the advancing dense undergrowth. It was a bug's paradise. The utility companies couldn't access the meters to read them and I had lost sight of my A/C unit.

I told Kevin that I wanted most of it ripping out and the rest tidying up - I wanted my house back. I had got a few quotes recently which itemized everything and came to several thousand dollars. Kevin's idea was to come in with his crew and just do as much as they could do in a day for the fixed one-day rate of $2450*. I had read other reviews that talked about Kevin's mantra that and quot;This is my home now, what would make it look great?and quot; So I decided to put my trust in him.

He didn't disappoint. t was blown away by how much Kevin and his crew achieved in a single day. They opened up the space, reshaped and trimmed back lots of trees, and once the work was done they did a really good job of clearing up. They even fetched and put down top-soil. I would use Tarzan again.

*Top-soil was an additional charge.

Called about a week earlier. Kevin was totally professional and good about coming by, giving an estimate, saying what needed to be done. I could reach him readily with follow-up questions which my husband had, etc. He arrived exactly on time and did the job all in one day. Very professional heavy equipment with cherry picker on truck etc. Good efficient team. Kevin said he made all decisions as if these were his own trees and he wanted them a well shaped and healthy as possible. this seemed to be exactly what happened.

We will be asking Kevin and his team to plant a new tree + grass seed in the fall (he said it would wither if we did it now in the 90-degree heat).

Overall, a great job. tree was close to the house and they took it down without incident. don't always get back to you right away but they know what they are doinfg and I highly recommend them.

They were excellent. The guy was very professional, quick, and responsive. He came out right away and removed the fallen tree by the next day. It was a very good experience. I spent $750 on the job. The price seemed okay. I will be using them again in the spring.

Excellent service. When I first called, I reached Kevin who came out that day at the time that he said he would to give me an estimate. We scheduled an appointment for approximately a week later. He arrived on time with crew and did a beautiful job. Did everything that he said he would do. Once job was complete, I was very, very satisfied with the results. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

After examining my property, Kevin suggested that I hire him for a day for $2450.00. I did and he removed and trimmed all the trees that needed work. The cost was exactly what he said it would be and I was very pleased with the result.

This is the third time I have used this company. They are terrific . The job was done professionally, and the yard cleaned up. Their price was extremely reasonable.

I highly recommend Tarzan! They are good at what they do and pleasant people to boot. Kevin Poore came to our house to survey the situation and offered some great advice as well as an estimate. It took a few weeks for them to come out because there were a bunch of storms so they were doing emergency work, but as soon as they were able to, they were here and took down our trees in a matter of hours. Kevin is terrific, as was the rest of the team.

I was called back promptly after leaving a message requesting a quote. I received the quote the next day and agreed to have the work performed. They showed up on the agreed to date with all the equipment and personnel required to complete the job. They completed exactly what they said they would do and took away some additional limbs that fell previously. Before leaving the site, they picked up all the debris and used a leaf blower to ensure a clean job.

Kevin was terrific. After the storm he had many emergency calls. My issues were not an emergency so he put me first on the list after helping those most needy. He arrived two days after I called him. I asked him to do a number of extra things (ivy, bamboo, cleaning out a section of the yard) on top of the original request. He was great about saying "You got me here now, anything you need done I will be happy to do". This was a great attitude from someone I knew was swamped with requests. He was extremely nice and cleaned up thoroughly, even blowing leaves away from the pool area that had nothing to do with the job. He had a lot of refuse to take out without a lot of access to the street. The chipper was parked way up the street due to lack of parking, but they hauled everything to the truck. He only charged me 20 dollars for all the extra work they did.

Kevin Poore came for an analysis and estimate the same day that we called him. Two days later we called to confirm that we would like Tarzan Tree Service to proceed with the job. The very next day Kevin and his crew arrived promptly as promised. The tree maintenance job was done carefully and completely. Clean up was done immediately. At all times, Mr. Poore and his crew were pleasant and professional.

It was a pleasure to work with Kevin (one of the owners). He came out an examined my tree after we spoke on the phone. He confirmed my fear that my tree was sick (carpenter ants and rotting), however he said he wanted to try to save it. That was exactly what I wanted, not chopping it down. He came out in the next few days with a crew of 3. They quickly trimmed and cleaned up (in less than an hour). Kevin explained to me what they did and gave me the next steps to recovery. It was a great experience.

Work was performed within a few days of receiving the estimate. A team of about 5 guys came. They worked very quickly and did a great job. Mr. Poore was very pleasant.
