My lawnmower was slow, didn't cut well, and stops randomly when in use. I called Suburban and they knew it needed a tune up. It took a week to get an official diagnosis and a week to get it tuned up. The lawnmower works great now.

Several years ago I arranged to have them pick up a brush mower and chipper. They came on time, performed the tune-ups, and returned the equipment in the time promised. About two years ago I brought in a chain saw and again, they performed as promised. When I went to them this year to purchase a leaf vacuum, the tech/salesman convinced me it wasn't worth the expense, so I didn't buy it. I had been thinking about replacing an old string trimmer also. After discussing options and the pros and cons of several models with him, I purchased a trimmer. He was knowledgeable. I'd return to Suburban for service and future equipment needs and would recommend them.

I have bought and serviced a lot of my equipment with them. They explain everything to me and they make sure that I understand what I purchase. They have a pretty large display there and equipment on the floor there. When I want to purchase I go there and it's not a small place. It's a family owned business. My experience with them is, if I am looking for something I will find it there. This is what I had used them for all the time. Overall experience is good. I told them what I wanted. They put it on the shelf and it was there when I went back so I got it. Each time I go to the store, somebody will be there to help me. I had fixed the blower myself and I needed the parts, they had that part there. I will always use them.
