It was done by Mike Stapleford in the time and manner of a professional electrician with 30 years experience. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant. His charge was too low, and I increased the payment to amore reasonable amount. The following day, I gave his name and phone number at my company for use for future work there. I highly recommend Stapleford Electric.

Great. The workers were courteous, professional, and thorough. They willingly answered any questions I had. The owner, Mike Stapleford, came out to do an estimate. He is friendly and engaging. His team followed through on all commitments. A neighbor recommended Mike's company to us. We were very pleased. Stapleford Electric does excellent work at affordable prices.

Electrical in an older home can be complicated. We had several people give outrageous estimates or never show up to do the work. Stapleford electric was prompt in providing an estimate and completed the work with quality. The cost for installing a new outlet and bracing for a large, heavy chandelier was fixed cost and other work was a time and materials rate. Both were reasonable and they knew what they were doing with the old style wiring. We had an additional expense to get plaster repaired separately but that would have been the case no matter who did the electrical work - they referred us to a master plasterer which was great. I have no reservations to recommend or use Stapleford again.

Everything was handled in a very personable and professional manner. When making the appointment the cost was fully explained. Mike was on time (actually few minutes early). Job took about an hour. No issues and the cost was as quoted. He took the time to answer questions and to explain the guaranteed work. I will definitely use Stapleford Electric again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Mike came to give an estimate and was able to meet a short timeline as I needed 2 electrical outlets installed before the plumber came to install the water heater. Elliott came and got the job done on time and did good work. Elliot was very professional.

Service not rendered

As before with Stapleford Electric, the service visit went very well. The owner, Mike Stapleford, replaced a light fixture in our laundry room that had been flooded by an upstairs bathroom. The job took about 15 minutes. He installed a light fixture we had already purchased.

The team at Stappleford were professional and accommodated my schedule. They were quick and did a great job. They made two visits. One visit was to wire the everything and make sure I had power for the drywall installers and then after the drywall was done they came back to hook all of the outlets and switches. There was an issue with one of the boxes and Mike from Stappleford made sure to take care of the issue right away.
