I have never seen such disorganized, unprofessional workman.   Not only did it take much longer than expected but the work was incredibly messy and amateurish.  Seriously....they couldn't even rehang the door correctly!   The final straw was blaming us for switching the strike plate because he couldn't get it to fit back in - at that point we just wanted them to leave! We  will have to have the work redone by PROFESSIONALS!

They did a good job. The price they quoted me was very good. The quality of work they did was very good. They were not very responsive. The owner was no punctual and it was difficult to get a hold of him at times. When he was there, he was very professional.

Rob was an enormous help to my wife and I while we were in the process of selling our 36-year old home as first-time sellers. We were becoming overwhelmed with the expenses of repairs needed to be done to our home, but wanted to make sure that all essential repairs were done properly. On top of completing the work for everything that he had promised us within reasonably close the original estimate, Smith provided invaluable and honest consultation to help us identify repairs that would be absolutely necessary for the sale of our home. Rob also did us a huge favor by getting us the best and lowest comparable estimates for all the relevant work that we needed done in our house without breaking our budget. We found him and his team to be extremely friendly and competent. I will certainly work with him on many future repairs for our new home.
