They are always very good at looking over the heater and stuff.

Shellhorn & Hill Inc. are very good. I go down and order my oil and they send it within a day. So, all my needs are fulfilled with them. For an average customer, I can't say how it works. I have a big tank, I get it twice a year and it do it on my own. Now, I don't know how they do their contracts with most people. I'm different because I have a bigger tank and do it all myself. They're all good.

We have used them for 30 years. They did an excellent job installing the heating and A/C unit. We stopped using them due to a problem with our service contract. We had a fan capacitor went out and according to the company since it went out during the summer it was not a covered part during this season. The service contract would not cover this part and I had to pay out of pocket to have this part replaced.

ALL IN ALL, PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS UNHELPFUL. THE PERSON PERFORMING THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, VERY HELPFUL AND KIND.
