This installer, Bob Denisar, drilled holes in my shower pan incorrectly during a master bath remodel. Tried to blame me for the mistake! Said the vendor instructions were not clear as if I wrote them personally. He made a half-hearted attempt at repair but never completed the job. Made every kind of promise about making sure I'd be 100% satisfied and were all lies. Also made the mistake of making the final payment before other tasks were completed and that's the last I saw of him. Had to constantly harass him for 6 months and in the end he never repaired my shower. Had to hire a specialist who thankfully did a fantastic job. Bob also promised to pay me for that and of course never did. Bottom line is the guy is a crook and charlatan! Dishonest, disingenuous with absolutely no integrity Don't hire him, don't pay him and don't refer him. He'll make every promise in the world and never follow through.

SCAM ALERT Robert (Bob) Denisar is the sole proprietor of RC Custom Renovations LLC., and he is a crook. I contacted him for a wallpaper removal and paint project and paid a deposit for the work 3 months ago. He showed up to the job one day, did a couple hours of work, and then disappeared. Since then I've made many attempts to contact him. I haven't seen a dime back, and all of my phone calls are being ignored. Do not waste your time with this criminal!!!
