It's been great so far. He tells us whatever needs to be done, he does it. He's holding back when we know they're doing wrong or something. I'm very pleased with them. He's very well educated.

The installation of the custom door was flawless, despite the unique and custom nature of the door chosen by us, not the installer. The work was one on time and the job site was clean, both during and after the installation was complete. I appreciate the attention to detail by Quality Family Construction!

You were able to connect us with almost a neighbor in this area of North Wilmington whose children share our schools. They were a pleasure to work with and they were highly professional and even fun at times so we are very pleased so far. Because we have sort of a computer glitch right now, since they just completed, I went ahead and made this call and I hope this will suffice. As soon as the computer is back up I just might go to the computer as well.

Harry and Andy were good to work with and their subcontractors were also good. They were flexible with changes in our schedule and were easy to communicate with. I was home during most of the work but often had to be away for short periods of time but trusted them completely in our house.

I had an outstanding experience with them. They always aim to please and they were very professional. They had a fair cost and they did very high quality work.

We chose Quality Family Construction because the price for the remodel came in the lowest of the three estimates we got. We also liked the fact that it s a small business co-owned by Harry and Andy who do most of the work themselves, with no subs or labor in the house without one of them on location also. We were given a two-week time line for the remodel from start to finish, and they were exactly on target (possibly one day early, as the July 4th holiday was within the two weeks). They worked incredibly hard, were punctual and kept me informed every step of the way as to timing and the daily schedule of work to be done. The standard of work is very professional, and when problems did arise they were very quick to respond. (We had a leak one evening after they d left. As soon as I called Harry, he and Andy were both at the house within 10 minutes, and spent the evening solving the problem this also meant they improved the connections and hoses in the adjoining bathroom, and did a new paint job in the room below because of one spoiled wall where the water had come through. It is an older home (40+ years) with old pipes, etc., and the work going on the other side of the wall had somehow disturbed one of these fragile, old, corroded connections.) I highly recommend Quality Family Construction, and will definitely use them for future jobs.
